Last day before Giro d’Italia 2008 start for Lampre was characterised by training in the morning, last settings on bikes, meeting with sport directors and massages.
During the two hours training all blue-fucsia riders pedalled on time trial bikes that will be used in team time trial, so cyclists could communicate to mechanics settings and changes in order to make bikes perfect.
Before massages, team met sport directors, who gave last info about roles and technical hints for Giro in view of tomorrow start: Team Lampre departure is scheduled at 4,30 pm.
On Corriere della Sera, every day Cunego will write an article about Giro d'Italia. This is the way Cunego wants to stay close to "pink race" in the year he choose to race Tour de France.
