News, news about associations, reactions on the news, or your own opinion.
Users can react on TxTz. These are the main rules:
TxTz must have the subject of cyclism, bicycles, races.
TxTz and pictures can't be put if there are copyrights on it!
You can put one picture on every message TxTz.
TxTz were shown on the date you put on the TxTz.
Publicity, hidden publicity or links to commercial websites, even in reactions, are forbidden.
TxTz who don't follow the main rules, will be cancelled and the author will be banned for further TxTz.
If you place a message, you agree with the main rules.
